St Mary & St Michael's Church & Parish

We are proud to be part of the Parish of St Mary & St Michael and share the grounds with the parish church.  The parish priest, Fr Geoffrey welcomes the school each week to join their parish mass and each term we will go over the church for a whole school mass alongside the parish and parents of our school.  There have even been times when children are taken over to church or some staff have sneaked across for silent prayer!

The school also helps the SVP each year by making Christmas cards to be delivered to those who are sick or house bond. 

Our wonderful catechists support our children in the sacramental journeys and in the Summer term lead sessions each week until they are ready to make their First Reconciliation & Holy Communion.

Thank you so much to everyone for such a wonderful Holy Communion mass for all the children. It was such a special occasion for them on their journey of faith, and all of you played a vital role in this. Thank you especially to the four wonderful catechists, to Fr Geoffrey for such a special service, to the incredible musicians and choir, to the nurturing of faith from everyone at our wonderful school and to all the parishioners for their support. It was all hugely appreciated - the children will always treasure the memory of this special day.'
