Is your child due to start primary school in September 2022?
If so please complete the Lancashire County Council on-line application form.
The deadline date for applications is 15th January 2022.
You will be able to apply on-line for a school place for September 2022 from 1st September 2021 by following the link below.

- Complete the supplementary faith form (available from the school office) and if your child is Catholic please bring in the child's birth certificate so we can make a copy.
It is your responsibility to ensure both the school form and supplementary form are returned to the school by the closing date.
