Think Positive Lancashire Libraries challenges
Think Positive Project – Lancashire Libraries
Lancashire libraries are asking all young people (aged 7-18) to take part in a number of challenges, which will explore and raise awareness of mental health and well-bring through imagining, reading and creating. Participants can complete as many or as few of these challenges as they want to or feel comfortable doing.
Five of these challenges invite young people to create submissions, which will then make-up an exciting new online exhibition on the Lancashire libraries website and will showcase the creativity of young people in Lancashire, and hopefully encourage others to think positive. Submissions could be artwork, book reviews, creative writing, doodles, or photographs. These submissions will be entered into a prize draw too.
For more information and to participate, click on Lancashire Libraries Niche Academy page. It's completely free to participate in this project, though it's necessary to register for a free account by providing a name and email address. All those under 13 will have to have parental consent to take part and must register with a parent's email.
It's also on the class pages of the Curriculum tab
The deadline for submissions is Friday 30th April.
